Banditos
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Banditos is a group – more like a gang, actually – of six 20-somethings, nowadays operating out of Nashville, close to, and simultaneously very far away from, the gleaming towers and industry hustle of Lower Broad and Music Row.

With the rugged power of a flashy Super Chief locomotive, the Banditos’ self-titled debut album bodaciously appropriates elements of ‘60s blues-fused acid rock, ZZ Top’s jangly boogie, garage punk scuzz a la Burger Records, the Drive-By Truckers’ yawp, the populist choogle of CCR, Slim Harpo’s hip shake baby groove, gut bucket Fat Possum hill country mojo and the Georgia Motherf**king Satellites. From backwoods bluegrass, to slinky nods to Muscle Shoals soul and unexpected bits of doo-wop sweetness, the Banditos recall many, but sound like no one but themselves.
MIDNIGHT LARKS
Midnight Larks
Midnight Larks are a surf noir, dark country and garage-psych trio from Atlanta, Georgia that have had a very successful first year together. They were just named best new Atlanta band by Stomp and Stammer, listed as one of the 55 most anticipated local albums of 2016 by Immersive Atlanta, and have also received several features from Creative Loafing after sharing bills with bands like Shannon and the Clams, The Coathangers, Biters and Lee Bains III & the Glory Fires. They are a local favorite and have been invited to play several festivals like Lakewoodstock, Phoenix Fest, the East Atlanta Strut and the Little 5 Points Halloween Parade.

The band hails from Atlanta, but their roots are much further based. Sasha Kaleidoscopia Vallely being from Birmingham in the UK, Nikki Speake from Dadeville, Alabama and Pietro Di Gennaro from Baltimore, Maryland.
Sasha (formerly of Spindrift, The Warlocks and The Mobsters; cameos with The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Singapore Sling, Lords of Altamont, as well as with members of Portishead and Massive Attack), Nikki (Shantih Shantih, Sioux City Sue, Whistle Bait, Virgil Otis and 30 Year Old Women From Mars) and Pietro (Black Linen, The Booze, The Forty Fives, Bad Spell and Andrew & the Dyspyramids) were thrown together by fate, a PBR representative, good fortune and a love for great music. They have only played together briefly, but are already producing an exciting sound and new buzz -- ready to take Atlanta and the rest of the world by storm.
ANDREA COLBURN & MUD MOSELEY
Andrea Colburn & Mud Moseley
Andrea Colburn and Mud Moseley sound like a panther screaming in the middle of the night, like a band of gypsies at a tea party, like a carefully curated hullabaloo held in a Wild West funeral home. Like Doc Watson and the Cramps had a heinous love child.
Just as much influenced by Willie Nelson, Tom Waits, and Hank Williams Sr. as new Country acts such as Colter Wall and the Deslondes, Colburn & Moseley keep somewhat of a traditional country and blues feel all while giving it their own haunting, part Piedmont, part psychobilly spin.
The duo plan on bringing their own brand of bad to a town near you this year. Part Flat Duo Jet, part Bonnie and Clyde, this is not a performance that you will want to miss. Just maybe don’t stand in the front row.
